North Shore Swimming Academy is owned by Ryan Mandla . Following the success of his 2 other group-based swim businesses, NSSA was created with the paramount focus of delivering premium 1 on 1 private swimming lessons & Competitive Squad (group) sessions . The aim of the Academy is to fast track high-quality progress and performance for all age swimmers in the water.

North Shore Swimming Academy has two primary focuses – Private lessons & Competitive Squads.
Our Private Lessons focus on delivering premium quality swimming lessons with both the swimmers and parents needs our paramount priority. We conduct lessons for all ages and skillsets. This can be from Learn to Swim for children (youngest age 3) to adults. And can be extended to high level swimmers needing to improve their skills / stroke mechanics necessary to achieve their intended success. To maintain high quality lessons are maintained – all current employees have a minimum 7 year’s experience.
Our Competitive Squads have been formed to cater for swimmers who are looking to achieve state and national level success- and in only a short period of time we have seen these goals attained. This program will be streamlined from basic stroke correction to introduction Junior Squads and Competitive Squads.
NSSA is Ryan Mandla’s third business and is looking to continue the same level of success that the others have achieved. NSSA will work in conjunction with Pymble Swim School and Hornsby Learn to Swim (Ryan’s other swim schools) which offer a comprehensive Learn to Swim program as well as fitness & school aged based squads.
NSSA will be the pathway from these Learn to Swim schools where the children wishing to swim competitively will be able to do so. Our private lessons will also be conducted through NSSA with a focus of developing swimmers from a young age with proven fast-tracked performance.
